emerica56 (479), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA Oct 31, 2007 This beer pours a cloudy orange color with mild particulate matter that sincks right to the bottom. There was no head since it faded quickly but that could be due to the glass since i poured to glasses and one had a head and one did not. It has a nice clove and citrus smell to it. Initially there is a lot of carbonation with citrus flavors and is rather tangy. Over time as the beer itself warms up you can taste alot of honey on the sides of your mouth as well as the palate. I really enjoy the honey after taste since it is very sweet.

The flavor goes very fruity, with apple and passionfruit influences. Ramenen (351), San Salvador, El Salvador Oct 7, 2008 Thanks to Pollo. Pours a medium golden color with a white head. No es mi estilo pero esta bien mikalooch (31), , New Jersey, USA Oct 1, 2008 Great beer. Pours a hazy amber with a head that lasts throughout the drinking time. Smells of honey and yeast, very nice. Extremely balanced and mellow taste, has a certain sweetness to it. Also has hints of spice and malt. Medium mouthfeel, just about right for a tripel. Very good beer, about the best American tripel I have had.
