This was a very tasty and enjoyable saison ale. Spicy. Fruity. Belgian quality. Flavors come out as you sip an wait. Lots of Chardonnay to the taste. Excellent.

Nov 15, 2009 [2582-20091113] 1pt9.4floz bottle. Astringent straw hops aroma with flour pepper and mild mint. Slightly hazy, light brown yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Dry pineapple fruity hops flavour has more straw yeast. Medium body. Fruity yeast makes it a little "champagne"-like.

Nov 15, 2009 2009-11-13. Lightly hazy golden body with a modest foamy beige head. 3+ Aroma is lightly alcoholic, dry pale malt. Flavour is similar with light alcohol, dry pale malts. Mild fruitiness throughout that I might or might not identify as grapes had I not known. 7+ Smooth average plus palate is lightly carbonated. Enjoyable, but a touch simple. Nov 6, 2009 Bottle. 25.4 oz. Pours hazy golden, with a thin, white head. Aroma grapes, hops, citrus, apples, hay, and wheat, Full bodied with a a smooth, tasty moutfeel. Crisp, clean finish, Very good sister brew to Victor.

Nov 1, 2009 Transparent gold, foamy white head with plenty of lacing. Very soft nose of light floral and fruit, mainly grape and biscuit. Slight band-aid in the flavor, but the main notes are strong chardonnay, more grape, light lemon, and more yeasty bread/dough. A little peppery and hot, also rather dry and sticky. Pretty enjoyable beer, though seemingly muted and somewhat disconnected.

Oct 28, 2009 pours bright gold with medium white head. aroma is just bursting with grapes, a bit of oak, sweet malts, a little must. drinks smooth and fruity with lots of sweet grapes, some oak and must. a bit of caramel malt is in the finish. very drinkable at 9% and quite tasty.

Pours a clear bright golden colored body, with a big foamy white head, lasting. Fruity fresh aroma, light grapes, and dark grapes. Some grain smell, mustiness too, like horseblanket or something. Not too strong, though. Grapey taste, fruity, with a strong grape aftertaste. Light and crisp tasting. Some warmness, and a lot of carbonation. Light taste, not heavy, not alcoholy. Alright, light flavor, grapey.

Oct 5, 2009 Stowehop on the hookup! Thanks bro! Pours a cloudy gold with a big white head. Very nice aroma of chardonnay, grape skins, oak, yeast and caramel malt. Flavor is complex and delicate. Grapes, white wine, oak barrels, yeast, bread and its very fluffy in the mouth.
