| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours very light, probably yellow with orange tints. Flavor is of soft flowers, clove, vanilla and sugar. A strange beer indeed, given its subtlety and ambient sweetness. Finishes with more prominent wheat and spice notes, all the while maintaining sweet backbone. tarheels86 (812), Washington DC, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 30, 2008 330 mL bottle. This was a disappointment after all of the hype. Pours an unfiltered, hazy, bright yellow with a thin, white head. Aroma is typical witbier: cloves, coriandor, orange peel, and lemon plus some yeasty notes. Taste has a kick of bananas like a good wheat beer. Still lots of spice. Refreshing with a lingering aftertaste of citrus and yeast. Palate is watery and thin. Overall a good witbier but by no means an excellent example.

Pous a hazy amber with a long lasting white as snow head.
Lemon, coriander, and a hint of spice greet the nose upon inspection.
Watery with good carbonation.
The taste is exactly what you would expect from the smell. The citrus dies into more of a bananna flavor with some background spice. The long aftertaste pokes some hints of wild flower honey.
Good but not great. Average Witbier that would be enjoy able in the summer with some seafood or in the winter to cut the spice of a nice Thai curry.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2008 Banana yellow, mildly hazy with a thin white head. ’’I’m every Witbier’’ with aroma of coriander, orange peel, spicy yeast and a little lemon. Taste of heavy yeast, orange peel and some yeast, pretty monotonous throughout. Ok witbier. scrizzz (1335), kirkland, Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 21, 2008 Batch 56. Pale clear yellow, persistent head. Ah, light fresh lemon flower aroma! Soft and light in body, builds in texture with each sip. Sweet wheat character and wildflower honey notes. Skinnyviking (4187), Copenhagen, Denmark
