Commercial Description:
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

On tap. Hazy yellow color and white head. Aroma of wheat, fruit, citrus and cloves. Very effervescent and good body. Dry finish. This is a good Belgian wit.

Had this on tap. A ghostly cloudy white and yellow color. Aroma of sweet fruit, red plum, banana and corander spice. yeasty light taste that helped me finsih the pint in 5 minutes. Much favored over blue moon and the garden of hoes.

This cloudy yellow beer poured with a massive white head that lasted a while. There is a citrus aroma and a wheat flavor that is seriously spiced, but otherwise rather bland. Quite refreshing, but light in taste.

pours hazy light yellow with large fluffy white head, quite beautiful. aroma is camomile, with some spices and vanilla malt. flavor is spicy and somewhat sweet, I didn’t really care for the sweetness. medium bodied. I really just prefer a drier wit beer.

Bottle drank in the awesome Clark Street Ale House in Chicago. Pours a cloudy orange color with a thick white head. The aroma is full of spices; especially coriander and lemon peel. The flavor was also tons of spices, a smooth malt, some citrus and banana, and overall a easy and simple beer to drink with a nice thick mouthfeel and lots of flavor.

Awesome beer... cloudy lemon yellow in color. Nose of bananas and clove. Really clean finishing on the palate. Maybe not the best session beer but a nice brew to have a couple of.

I really enjoyed this Belgian wheat, which is one of my favorite types of beers. Nice, crisp taste with a beautiful cloudy color. Refreshing on the palate and just all around a very nice beer.
