Feb 15, 2006 A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is extremely lemony - just like squeezing a lemon right under Your nose. The flavor is sweet wheaty - again with loads of lemon - almost like lemonade, leading to a dry spicy end, that reminds me of lemongrass. The body is thin. OK - but too much lemon for me.

Jan 4, 2002 Pale yellow, hazy. Light bodied, very drinkable. Nice spicyness, and good citrus flavour. This is very much a Belgian style wit.

Aug 6, 2008 From tap at Solana Beach as Wit. Pours hazy yellow with a lacng white head. Light wheaty and estery aroma. Flavour is smooth wheaty with a ight coriander spice note. Medium dry and light wheaty into the finish. Mild banana accent coming up into the far finish.
