bitbucket (1542), Kirkland, Washington, USA Mar 11, 2007 750 gusher. Pours hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Spice, yeast and lemon in the aroma. Medium body and carbonation. Soft, round taste of wheat, spice, lemon. Soft citrus finish. This is tasty stuff!
coldbrewky (492), Saugerties, New York, USA Sep 4, 2008 Bomber from the rip and run. soft nose of lemons arise from this hazy yellow pour. A dense white fluffy head sits proudly upon the pillar of yellow haze. Body is loght and crisp with corriander and cloves. Citrus sueeze is a skash more intense than the spice that leads to a nice balanced sour finish. drpimento (499), La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA Sep 3, 2008 Not much aroma. Poured with a light, fine, white head and a bit of lace. Hazy yellow color. A bit citrus. Kind of indistinct. Sort of crisp. Ok beer. Don’t pick up any of the spice. Not a bad finish. What finish there is though, is short lived. branspra (15), Arlington, Virginia, USA Sep 2, 2008 Bottle. Very nice appearance large head and hazy body. Aroma is nice with bananas, bread, and pear. A bit fizzy but nice finish. One of the best white beers I have had. theisti (1045), Leawood, Kansas, USA Sep 2, 2008 12 oz bottle generously given to me by Gregis. Pour is hazy straw yellow golden with a one inch perfectly white head. Nice full lacing. Only a few tiny carbonation bubbles slowly float to the surface. Aroma of spicy perfumed wheat, slightly sour citrus and soft yeastiness. Soft and fresh. Taste represents the nose quite well, with clove spice wheat, citric sour lemon and a great grainy yeastiness. Some black pepper in the finish, which lingers nicely. Palate is medium and mouth coating, full taste, yet still clean and refreshing. This was a gem, thanks Greg. ChazMania (293), Pasadena, California, USA Aug 31, 2008 On tap at Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach, Calif. This had a faint hint of spice and wheat. It was very light and crisp, refreshing for a scorching hot day but nothing really unique.
