Pours a nice cloudy yellow golden color and a bubbly white head. There is a large aroma to this beer, big yeast and fruity notes and banana and clove and citrus. The flavor is smooth and complex. There is definite citrus flavors to the yeasty bitterness and banana/clove flavor. The palate was bigger than expected and complex throughout. Very enjoyable.

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 4, 2009 lemon is one of the strongest scents - the appearance is a wonderfully pale yellow, a unique hue - taste is quite pleasant; lightly sour, with a sweet finish - palate is a little on the syrupy side - tasty white beer, nuff said. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 2, 2009 355 mL bottle. Hazy orange-gold with a small but sticky white head. Lots of honey and citrus, and a little spice in the aroma. Flavour is fairly typical - perhaps sweeter than some. Could use a little more spice. Nice body for the style. potbeercollege (381), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 30, 2009 Bottled. Cloudy and looks like white grape juice. Aroma is banana, citrus, yeast, and variety of spices. Flavor is the same but add grape. Finish is long and leaves spice on tongue-- mostly coriander. Very carbonated and alive. craftbeerdesign (755), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 28, 2009 12 oz. bottle from Total Wine in Chesapeake. Golden pour with a white head. Belgian yeast, coriander, and light citrus aroma. Actually a bit of barnyard funkiness as well. Great flavor; upfront wheat with no orange or lemon in the way. Witbiers are simple so there isn’t much to say. This is one of the best ones I have tried. TheGrandMaster (1862), Auckland, New Zealand
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 21, 2009 Bottle (in NZ). Really good this. Looks nice in the glass, cloudy straw yellow with a pure white head. A great sourness that cuts through any potential sweetness. Peppery and lemony. Perfect for a post run super...
