It doesn’t stand out too much for me on the day. Light and drinkable but with no truly notable characteristics. More cereal than hop. Excellent blossomy herbal hop, lemon, honey and biscuit aroma straight out of Munich. Bright gold with a fast diminishing snowy head. Full and slippery on the palate, sliding down beautifully with a flourish of grassy citrus, lychee, crackerbread, lingering biscuity malt and blossom. Lovely soft aromatic bottled English with a dash of Thornbridge Kipling about it, upstaging the cask version on this evidence. Fresh, clean and balanced perfectly between juicy NZ hops and biscuity malt. A better, erm....Kiwi-influenced English helles you will not find. scotty (832), Scotland

Lacks a bit on the nose tho! Has a slight malty sweetness, the hops are a bit underplayed though. Overall not bad, not great either! gary07734 (406), Tyne & Wear, England
