Heavily hazed golden appearance, well carbonated, moderate foam. Sweet malty, grainy aroma with a touch of herbs and flowers. Sweet honey, lemon flavor, woody tones, dryness and slight bitterness in the finish.

Light gold color. Medium to large head. Aroma is bready and yeasty. A lighter bodied lager. Malts are mild and slightly sweet. Hops are mild and slightly spicy. A fairly typical euro-lager, it is extremely well balanced though. Well made, light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light yellow, light density of small and medium sized particles. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, light bread), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly yeasty (dough). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Finish is moderately bitter. Medium body, dry and creamy texture, lively carbonation. A solid, clean German lager whose strong points are a creamy mouthfeel with a great flavor balance, and whose main weakness is a very light (albeit pleasant) aroma (though my bottle is almost certainly not exactly at peak freshness).
