Bottle. Banana, clove, and roasted malt aroma. Orange brown color - cloudy with nice head. Spicy - cloves, pepper, dark malt with banana/orange aroma finish. Very good.

Aroma very initially had a sweet rown sugar characteristic. This dissipated in a yearsty, banana, estery, sour aroma with hints of pineapples. Wood chips, wood stove fire notes as well. Remarkably aromatic! Pours a mildly hazy dark garnet copper/amber color with a big light tan head. Start is somewhat sour and a little astringent. Slightly thin and malty middle. Yeastly banana chocolate malty finish. This is a good beer, but unfortunaltey, the taste doesnt totally jive with me.

Cloudy orange or light brown color.fairly decent off white foamy head that lasts.Malty ,yeast aroma with hints of hops light spice and posibley citrus.Highly carbonated malty sweet taste with a mild hit of spice, wheatmild hops and some bitter orange although it seems a bit light on the bitter scale.Very light after taste mildly sweet with a wheaty taste that is followed up by a few hops and spice.the feel is thin and highly drinkable.Theres not a whole lot of flavor explosion in this one,but it is nicely done and by seeing that it hasn't been rated in nearly a year i would say if you can find it get one.Pretty decent brew.

Bottle from State Line. Looks like I enjoyed this one more than most. Hazy coppery ruby body with huge khaki head. Aroma of fruit, British hops, slight tannins, caramel malt, with the flavors being the same plus the addition of some richer caramel, cabernet red grapey, and slight cognac hints in the mid-palate and finish. There was a good amount of black sediment on the bottom of my bottle.

Bottle. Pours a rich opaque brown with a quickly disappearing bubbly head and high carbonation. Aroma of banana and clove. First sip is stronger than you’re ready for, with flavors of banana, clove, and earth. Everyone says chocolate... did I taste chocolate? I need another one. Great brew.

Head is initially huge, frothy, off-white, fully lasting. Body is hazy medium brown, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (bread, caramel, toasted grain), trace yeast (cobwebs), with notes of brown sugar, banana, clove. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Decent dunkelweizen, nice aroma and balance, less fizzy than most, great appearance. Just a tad bland, though, and not crisp enough.

Opaque brown body with big, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, clove, banana, caramel, light smoke. Taste is sweet up front, banana, adding wheat, clove and lemon mid-body, finishing watery banana. Light-medium body, decent crispness, fairly high carbonation, and some tartness.

Pours a light brown with a tan head. Malty, sweet, and yeasty aroma. Taste has a maltily sweet and slightly spicy tongue. A little thin and not as rich as expected, but still good. Finishes with a spicy sweet aftertaste. Definitely worth trying.
