May 26, 2008 Draft at Gingerman. Pours a clear slightly tinged gold w/moderate head at best. Aroma was gras, malts, etc. Taste was pretty srurprisingly light for a bock w/little alcohol kick for a bock, I suppose that would be because of the low alcohol.

Mar 12, 2008 Shared by Dickinsonbeer. Lightly hazy golden/orange in color with a moderate white head. Aroma: Musty(old grain), pale malt sweetness- and light touches of spicy hops. Taste is pale malt sweetness, a touch of honey, with some spicy hop character- light hop bitterness in the mid palate to finish. Not too bad, maybe a bit old.

Mar 10, 2008 .5 liter bottle from State line. Pours a deep golden- initial frothy white head, fades a bit then a film with some lace. Aroma is a slight bit old- moslty doughy malts, light carapils sweetness, and some earthy and herbal hops and a mineral chalky water character. Flavor has a light wheat cracker flavor with fresh baked bready malts, herbal and lightly grassy hops and some floral notes- medium hop bitternessa nd a crisp clean finish- still overall a bit old, Id like to try this rediculously fresh as Im sure it is much better than the bottle.

Feb 27, 2008 Draught: Faint aroma of malts and lemon. Poured yellow in color with a medium-sized, rocky, white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor of malts, bubblegum, lemon, hellertau hops, and anise. Light body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Bitter finish.

Sep 15, 2007 Pours a slightly hazed golden/amber with a big off white head that sticks around. The 1 pint 9 ounces fills my glass beautifully and with the head takes it all the way to the top. Nose is mild. Flavor is pretty good. A nice smooth character, but the flavor doesn’t stay around long at all. Feel is standard. Drinkable, sure. But nothing outstanding or even interesting.

Aug 17, 2007 Bottle. Spicy grassy-floral nose, some good malty notes, too. Clear golden body with a big, beautiful rocky white head. Taste is lightly bitter with a beautiful florality to compliment the malt. A lot like their Bayrisch Hell, a little lighter-bodied, perhaps with a dryer, slightly more alcoholic finish and a touch of herb in the aftertaste.
