Yeasty nose with hints of light/yellow citrus and some light graininess. Smooth mouthfeel with flavors of light lemony citrus, light malt, and balanced yeast. A fantastic light lager, very refreshing. jeffc666 (1895), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

The aroma is a bready with light grass and sweetness akin to over-ripe apples. The flavor is not half bad. Bread and light sour apple sweetness, some spicy/grassy hops. Fairly enjoyable on this unbearable torrid and humid day. MaxPower (961), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 13, 2005 Pours a hazy dark golden with a good creamy white head that doesn’t last very long, not much lacing either, grassy and flowery aromas. Bready, cracker and apple flavors with a strange sourness. Medium bodied with a light and crisp mouthfeel, finishes dry.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 25, 2005 500mL bottle. Pale gold pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma is a little sweet and bready with some hints of perfume and apple juice. There’s virtually nothing to this taste-wise. Low carbonation and thin-bodied. VERY soft and smooth going down. As close as a beer can come to silky. A little white-breadiness and butter. Well-balanced. I picked this up because my girlfriend liked the little boy on the label. So much for that. Not a worthwhile style for me. argo0 (7002), Washington DC, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2005 (500ml bottle) Slightly hazed apple juice body topped by medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, light grassy. Taste is medium sweet, bread, lemon, some grassy, light apple, spice. Light-medium body. I found this to be a flavorful and well-balanced beer with mild bitterness. Cornfield (4972), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

From the bottle, this pours a pale golden color with a frothy white head and solid carbonation. It’s got a sweet grassy aroma, some hints of apple, and mild herbal hops. It’s very soft in the mouth and easy to drink. The taste is a skillful balance between sweet malt and herbal hopping. The finish is clean and crisp. Nice refreshing brew. noelcb (271), Toledo, Ohio, USA
| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Apr 25, 2005 All around, this was a nice solid beer. Kind of an everyman’s beer. This is a beer that doesn’t so much try to impress but tries not to disappoint. In this case it works -- there’s just no reason not to like it. Poured a nice old bronze color, good carbonation, although the head faded quickly. Nose was a balanced mix of hops, malt and yeast, with apple, herb and straw notes. Taste was excellent, but, again, nothing unusual jumped out. This to me is like an old standby that you know will always be good. I expected a well-behaved, creamy and refreshing brew and Buble didn’t disappoint. MaiBockAddict (1499), Good Beer Bar Deprived, New Jersey, USA
