The bottle looks good the same as the beer in the glass. Zippy, creamy head. Starts fruity like apricot, a little bit sweet, modest yeasty. Finish becomes drier and drier, the end is almost a bit floury. Not my favourite!

Tap @ Weinstube Rebstock Biberach. Blonde, cloudy. Banana in the aroma. Slightly herbal, yeasty flavor with banana and tangerine. Short citrus aftertaste. Just a plain, pretty standard hefeweizen.

Bottled. A hazy pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and lighter notes of banana and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and light notes of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle. Very light aroma and mild clean taste. More subtle in flavor than the bigger German Hefe’s. A friend of mine only drinks hefe’s and he loved this and took a few home with him. Easy to drink, but generally I prefer the bigger flavored ones.
