Very light aroma and mild clean taste. More subtle in flavor than the bigger German Hefe’s. A friend of mine only drinks hefe’s and he loved this and took a few home with him. Easy to drink, but generally I prefer the bigger flavored ones. Bierkrug (235), Idar-Oberstein (in Pakistan), Germany Dec 30, 2008 Tap in the Alps in Austria. A very good Hefe. A bit dry as stated however still a good one.
