| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 17, 2005 A hazy pale yellow body with lazy carbonation and a tall head that - - that disappears more quickly than I’ve seen on a hefeweizen before! It has a delicate aroma, grassy fresh with a mild lemon twist. The banana shows up for the taste - and it’s an old banana at that. Cloves make a brief hello. Very clean finish with perhaps a drop of lemon to cleanse the tongue. Acceptable.
