Nose of is metallic and thin with a bit of corn and malt. Reminds me a bit of some pseudo-cheap mexican lagers without the skunk. The flavor is thin and bitter, metallic and tart. Dry tail and a bit husky. No good qualities except the drinkability at cold temperatures. Quinten (959), zaandam, Netherlands

Maybe it’s because it’s been a while since I’ve had a pils, but I really enjoyed this one. Spicy floral nose – big bouquet of flowers with some yeast. Pale yellow-golden body with ubiquitous, medium-strong carbonation and a rocky white lacing head. Taste is grassy and lightly bitter with nice floral overtones, light pale malt base. Bit of a crisp smack on exit. Body is on the lighter side of medium, very quaffable. Not as bitter as many a Pils, but still classically süddeutsch, and a very good one for every day – can drink a looot of this one. Beerdedone (1885), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 4, 2007 A very nice pilsner with a maize yellow body, frothy yet quickly dissipating white head, and a tingling mouthfeel. Grassy hop flavor that finished like many nice import pilsners. This would pair nicely with several dishes. Finished dry and pleasant. Yum.
