Light golden color, moderate head, some lacing and retention. Aroma is grain, bread, somewhat hoppy. Light bodied, quite sweet. Just not that great.

pours pale yellow with a tall froth. Decent head retention and a good lace. Aromas of brisk lightweight malts and herbs. Medium nectar with good carbonation. Bitter, dry, some herbs, with a big lime peel hop component on the finish. A classic old-world specimen.

Bottle: Pale gold color, nice white head and lacing. Nose of is metallic and thin with a bit of corn and malt. Reminds me a bit of some pseudo-cheap mexican lagers without the skunk. The flavor is thin and bitter, metallic and tart. Dry tail and a bit husky. No good qualities except the drinkability at cold temperatures.

Bottle. Maybe it’s because it’s been a while since I’ve had a pils, but I really enjoyed this one. Spicy floral nose – big bouquet of flowers with some yeast. Pale yellow-golden body with ubiquitous, medium-strong carbonation and a rocky white lacing head. Taste is grassy and lightly bitter with nice floral overtones, light pale malt base. Bit of a crisp smack on exit. Body is on the lighter side of medium, very quaffable. Not as bitter as many a Pils, but still classically süddeutsch, and a very good one for every day – can drink a looot of this one.

Crisp and grassy pils. Pours very clear gold. Nose was a bit sulfery, with some crisp hops and dry grain smell. Pretty nice pils.

A very nice pilsner with a maize yellow body, frothy yet quickly dissipating white head, and a tingling mouthfeel. Grassy hop flavor that finished like many nice import pilsners. This would pair nicely with several dishes. Finished dry and pleasant. Yum.
