rootbeer ruby color with a small bubbled if bubbled at all head. malty molasses burnt raison, even kinda barley in the head. Damn does this ever tast like a barley, got some candid plums and raisons here. not so good a finish, kinda skunked.

Great appearance, coppery brown with good lasting head. Not much in the way of aroma, some light malt sweetness, a tiny tang of something sour, that is about it. Good mouthfeel. Flavor is lightly fruity, some gentle malt sweetness, maybe toffee, just enough hops to balance. OK, not spectacular.

Pours a nice reddish copper with a TALL, firm, reddened head. Translucent body. Nose is European hops, malt, and caramel or toffee. There is a malt laden surprise awaiting your tongue with this. More caramel notes abound. Light hop presence. Crisp clean flavor and mouthfeel. Excellent dunkel!

A decent effort, but not a dunkel worth seeking out, in my opinion. No real character to the beer at all, except the flavor which had a little. Otherwise, simply standard at best.

Nice brown color, small mildly lived head.Nice roasted malt aroma with a slight sweetness to it,faint hops and a mild spice as well. The taste was better then i thought it would be,malty semi-sweet with a nice caramel note, hops and a slight fruit presence of raisin mild chocolate, with a sweet malty after taste with just a hint of hopps. This is definately a nice brew and worth the 2.50 to get it.

Pretty nice brew. This beer pours up nice brown with good head. The head is mostly diminishing. with some lacing. Aroma is a strong point, nice roastiness with some plums and alcohol. Flavor does not quite live up to the aroma. Good not great.
