Draft @ Birrifugio Trastevere in Rome. Very non filtered, probably the color is influenced by the yeast still in suspention. Medium-long lasting foamy head with a shiny white top layer donated only by the perfect traditional dispensing method from draft adopted by these guis. A very delicate nose with malty dry-hay-ish and co2 notes. Probably a very slight touch of diacetyl. Tastes very german with a good mouthfeel, peacy and easygoing, green and herbal with a bitter lemongrass finish. Great yellow fruit tones troughout all the taste. Overall a great session lager beer, allthough in kempten you don’t get that ongoing oxidation taste a courtesy by the distribution guis of Italy.

bevuta alla spina,si presenta con un bel cappello di schiuma bianco denso e persistente,di un bel colore ambrato,al naso presenta odori leggermente fruttati,ma quello che piu risalta e l’odore di luppolo molto equilibrato. birra di un bel gusto delicato ed equilibrato,risulta molto piacevole!!!!

On tap at Thomasbrau beerpub, Garlasco. Clear amber, hazy body; nice white head. Balanced hoppy nose. Taste is clean, malty with traces of hazelnuts. Hops profile is moderate. Medium body. Dry finish.
