Tap at brewery in Alpine, CA: Clear yellow, citrusy malty nose along with a rustic sweet flavor and a malty body. Nicer flavor, some citrus and light spices. Better. Creamy like those apricot cream bars from the freezer section.

Tap @ Brewery. Pours gold with a tan head. Really slight apricot in the nose. Taste is okay, not amazing. Glad to have had it.

On Tap @ brewery. Clear golden color with bright white head. The sweet apricot fruit in the aroma mixed seamlessly with the sweet malt. The flavor is decidedly fruity from the apricot. Again like the aroma the sweet malts used in this beer blend well with the sweet fruit flavor. This brew was constructed to appease the none beer dinking crowd.

(Draft: Alpine Beer Company in Alpine, CA) This is Willy conditioned with apricots, and it’s a good chick beer, brewed for those who claim they don’t like the taste of beer. It’s moderately fruity, apricot and peach mostly, both in the nose and flavor. The flavor of the wheat comes out later toward the finish as the apricot fades away a bit. It has the same dark yellow color and the same off-white head as the basic Willy, and is equally light bodied, again as required for the style. Not my type of beer, not bad for what it is.

Tasted at brewery. Yellow with a fizzy white head. Apricot aroma and a mild apricot taste with a good wheat bread finish.

You see..i filled up a growler of this bad boy for the folks at the SoCal gathering and when i tried a sample at the brewery it seemed to be much better than it was the next day at the gathering..but, shitzki...I'll melt my ratings together..it was a clear yellowy orange color and had a thin sheet of froth..a nice subtle apricot aroma led to a nice light and refreshing fruity apricot taste that seemed like the perfect beer for laying out at the beach..or even on a curb in a park with wild dawgs and wood paneled station wagons and flying beer bottles and dented cars.

On tap @ Alpine BC - Pours a clear golden color with a orange hue. Thin white head with little lacing. Aroma is light apricot. The flavor is also mainly apricot. The fruit flavor was at the right level. Just enough that you knew it was there. Light body. A decent beer.

Im not a fan of the style but this was doable. Alot of tropical fruit was present. I tasted apricot, mango, and pineapple. It has a sort of bready characteristic to it. A simple beer but not too bad
