Aug 7, 2009 Growler from my man Naven. Pours like budweiser, smells like heaven. Light straw pour. Huge floral hop nose. Very reminiscent of a boozier version of sculpin and daddy likes some booze. Excellent.

Jun 29, 2009 On tap at Toronado, SD. Pours bright gold with no head. Has an incredible aroma of green onions and cut green grass in the Spring. The flavor is downright parching and painful with a HUGE midpoint bitterness. This astrigency clings to the palate long after the beer is finished. Great aroma, odd taste. Perhaps a bit too much for me?

Jun 13, 2009 Growler from Alpine - Pours a clear copper color with a one finger thick off white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma is floral and herbal hops. Flavor is lightly sweetened malt, light esters, and citrus and pine hops. Finish is fairly smooth. Medium to full body. Very nice. Now I have another 50 oz. to go.

Jun 10, 2009 growler. thanks, riverside! pours crystal clear medium dark golden bronze. loose whitish bubbles. nice big sticky icky peach nose. creamy medium body with firm medium carb. tons of peach, grapefruit, and sticky resins on the mid palate and the finish. yum.

May 25, 2009 Tap @ Toronado. Pours a kind of light amber / deep golden color with a faint reddish hue. Very perfumey with great citrus and floral hop notes. Flavor is nicely balanced with caramel malts. Finished with pungent bitterness, medium sticky mouthfeeel.

May 24, 2009 Tap at Toronado’s 1st Anniversary. Nice crisp golden tone with a thin white head. Really nice floral hop aromas. Flavors of grapefruit and a nice bitterness. A little flat and sticky on the mouth. Good but nothing compared to their Hoppiness line.

May 23, 2009 On tap from O Briens. Golden color with a moderate white head. Good citrus and pine on your nose. Medium body. Solid bitter hops with a touch of sweet malt. A bit of earthy quality. Fairly dry bitter finish. Pretty good beer.

May 19, 2009 Updated: Jun 14, 2009Light golden color, uneven but lacy head of white. Plump sugary citrus nose concentrating on oranges. Clean, balanced, and dry bitter mouth but not overly so.nice dry citrus overtones..loads of plump grapefruit but superbly balanced with a firm malt background. The malts arent really sweet here though, but exquisite craftsmanship balances things out beyond words..the alcohol is completely hidden..its rather easy drinking actually.a very nice and vi vid grapefruit DIPA experience.
