Has an incredible aroma of green onions and cut green grass in the Spring. The flavor is downright parching and painful with a HUGE midpoint bitterness. This astrigency clings to the palate long after the beer is finished. Great aroma, odd taste. Perhaps a bit too much for me? cbkschubert (2002), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

Plump sugary citrus nose concentrating on oranges. Clean, balanced, and dry bitter mouth but not overly so.nice dry citrus overtones..loads of plump grapefruit but superbly balanced with a firm malt background. The malts arent really sweet here though, but exquisite craftsmanship balances things out beyond words..the alcohol is completely hidden..its rather easy drinking actually.a very nice and vi vid grapefruit DIPA experience.
