From growler. Pours a copper with average head. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus. Taste is grapefruit, pine.. not as drinkable as duet or ph. Alcohol is present . It finishes warm and bitter.

A- Murky orange hue, light head leaves of cluster of white in the middle, minimal lacing S- Sweet fruits, bread and rye malts, citrus tones, molasses and brown sugar T- Initial taste is pine hops followed by bread malts, maple syrup and brown sugar, thick molasses, finishes dry and bitter... delicious M- Full-bodied, oily texture coats mouth, low carbonation D- Super-balanced and complex DIPA that has aspects of sweet barleywine, alcohol is well-masked at 9%, truly a DIPA treat

Pours with a deep golden body topped by a medium thick to thick head with good lacing. It is very hoppy with a nice pine note and a little sweetness to help balance the bitterness. Medium to full bodied, smooth and yet a little fizzy with a touch of dryness.

Tasted from Growler after getting my 4 BA Numbskulls at Alesmith. Poured a deeper amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of skunky weed, floral green hops, citrus, and lightly bready. Tastes of the same skunky-floralness, with citrus and some caramel. Alcohol content well hidden.

Ultra fresh growler pour at BA Numbskull line tasting. Copper color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was big and bold with fresh green hops, chlorophyll, and citrus. the flavor is citrus and spices with a bit of cotton candy. The mouthfeel is full and malty. The finish is medium in duration and biter. Overall: This one begs comparison to Duet, but its a bit bigger and hoppier. Very tasty stuff.

Tried from growler courtesy of Chris. Thanks. Deep yellow with a creamy white head. Great hoppy aroma with beautiful grapefruit and other citrus notes. Decent bitterness with a creamy caramel, grapefruit, and pineapple taste with a hoppy finish. Very good.

On tap at OBriens. Light gold color with small white lace and high carbonation. Strong, peppery nose of hop resin, grapefruit citrus and lemon zest. Flavor is seeping with high alpha acid hop oils, orange peel, and more grapefruit with pepper. This is one of those DIPAs that really focuses on the raw hop character. The sweet, butterscotch malt base you get in a lot of other DIPAs is much more restrained here, in favor of a super-crisp, bitter finish. Somewhere along the lines of Pliny the Elder, but without the depth. I like.

Growler from Brewery. This is one Bad boy. I love this beer. Pours nice copper orange with a billowing white head. Huge hop aroma with a straight forward citrus, grapefruit and sweet malt. You can see the hop resin in this one. Taste is same with a nice bready malt, sweet tangerine hop and tropical notes all over the place. This is freaking awesome! Mouthfeel is thick with a nice hop resin feel on the tongue. This is my kind of DIPA!
