| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 4, 2009 Bottled - tasted blind. A murky dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, citrus, and wood. The flavor is acidic bretty combined with citrusy notes and light notes of wood, leadint to a tart finish. The acidity burns slightly in the throat. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Pours a hazy golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Intense and very delicious Brett aroma. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, lightly sweetish malt and fruitiness and then again these intense and very refined Bretty notes - almost peppery. Lightly tart finish. Quite lovely. 010209 yespr (12426), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Tastes of vanilla, lighter vinous quality, citrus, some funk, and some wood. Light tart finish. Very soft body with almost no carbonation. JorisPPattyn (5192), Antwerpen, Belgium
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 23, 2008 No head, orange beer with a metallic reflection. Very hard lambic nose, lactic, lemon, but also acetic, with some peeking phenols. Very lemony taste, some leathery Brett flavour. Tart as nothing else. Flat as a pancake - or an old lambic. Acidburn. In Belgium we would call this a harde lambic. But it is remarkably straightforward. JoeMcPhee (5030), Jackson Heights, New York, USA

Aroma is lightly fruity and berryish. There is a lot of acetone in here. Chewy/furry sourness. Flavour is actually fairly sweet without much sourness despite the aroma. Finishes with a light tartness but the strong solvent components are quite distracting. Some light citrus through the middle. I want to like this, but I don’t. BBB63 (4274), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 7, 2008 Thanks Jon for the bottle and served in my Karmeliet tulip: Murky golden hue with minimal lace nor head. The aroma has notes of acidic grapes and vinegar and a noticeable amount of barnyard brett . There is also some biscuit malts, mineral water, wintermint, dill pickle and a hint of pepper. Well it smells the part, how a bout the taste... Moderately aggressive acidity and tart fruits hits you up before a floral and herbal background comes about. Some oak and tannic action about the finish. Falls just short however of a true lambic on the palate, still yummy enough for me though. The mouth feel is soft and watery, very mouth watery due to the sour aspects. Someone please tell me why this is not listed as an unblended Lambic? I am sure it has a lot to do with two... removed for my protection and the fact I DO NOT GIVE A CRAP... it is that genre to me and that is all that matters.
