Aroma is quite sour, tart and acidic, cherries, oak.
Flavour is very soft, incredable balance, lots of cherries, sour and acidic, some sweetness in there as well, strawberries.
Acidic mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation.
Finishes long, acidic, lots of cherries.
This is pretty incredable, the balance is phenomimal. The aroma made this.
