Poured a pinkish amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, cherries, leather, musty cellar, cinnamon, pie crust, and vanilla oak. Taste of sweeter cherries up front, light sourness, toffee malts, brett, lactic acid, vinegar, and balanced by the sweetness from the malts and cherries. Thanks to Steve for this one!

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a very lightly hazy almost pinkish golden amber with a medium bubbly lightly off white head. Aroma of sour cherries, tart, floral, perfume, funky and lightly musty. Flavor of tart...yet lightly sweet cherries, goes in and ot of being tart and sweet. Floral and perfumey.

(BCTC, 750ml bottle, thanks ?) Small white head atop lightly hazed orange-red body. Aroma is medium sweet, tart cherry, Brett, some funk, light duskiness. Taste is medium sweet, cherry, some Brett, light wood. Some sourness but more tartness. Soft light-medium body, some acidity.

Pours a deep and dark orange. The nose is massive with cherrys as the all dominating scient almost perfumish with notes of cinamon. The flavour is sweetish sour with cherrys, wood and butter and you can really taste the yeasts. The palate is light creamy. A nice "Belgian lambic" - but I miss a little more bite... and by the way... work on that slogan

Bottle provided by some local Tampa guy. Bright reddish copper pour, with creamy yellow highlights, and a big ole ring of white lacing on the glass. Funky, slightly tart cherries in the nose, sweat, bright hops. Flavorwise there’s a slithering funk underneath a nice sheet of wheat and crackers. Semi-sweet. Tartness is just about perfect here, as it’s very drinkable and refreshing and quite enjoyable.

Bottle shared by EDA at BCTC ’08. Thanks Mike! Nose is akin to a nice kriek, sour cherries and a good amount of brett. Flavor is heavy cherry, some that was a bit artificial cherry candy tasting, but also some good acidic cherry vinegar type deal.

Pours clear gold with orange hue and white head with a faint pink quality. The generous use of cherries showing up even before I get the first impression of smell or flavor. The aroma starts with a hint of cherry fruitiness that quickly becomes tart, sugar sweet-tart candy and mild funk in the background. The taste is much the same with a quick pulse of cherry sweetness then turning tart. The tart quality isn’t at the ‘all I can taste is tartness’ level. It graciously allows notes of sweet cherry fruit to shine through from time to time. It ends dry and refreshing.
