Apr 27, 2009 Thanks to andrew for sharing (I think?) Poured a pinkish orange, with a very think head that faded away. Aroma was cherries and nice sharp vinous character. Taste was much the same, very crisp, moderately sour, with a quick finish on the end. We drank this after a few stouts and barleywines, and it was really refreshing.

Apr 20, 2009 Sampled during Skyview Sourfest II and shared by faro99. From a 22-oz bombe pours a hazy orange amber brew with a thin off-white head that dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of tart cherries, some cheese yeast, oak, caramel and some light herbs. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of tart cherries, caramel malt, some oak and yeast. Finish continues a tart aftertaste with some lingering cherry flavor.

Mar 11, 2009 Pours a hazy orange amber with a thin, wispy-lacing ring of white head. Aroma of sweet semi-tart cherries and vinous oak with a touch of cheesy funk. Body starts with decent fullness and effervescence with nice sweet fruity flavor and crisp tart balance. Finishes drier and puckering with a healthy amount of acidity and a touch of funky complexity. A pretty true to style and enjoyable brew.

Mar 1, 2009 Bottle. Pours with a orange to reddish color,
fairly lightly colored. Not much of a head.
Aromas are oak and cherries. Starts sour, more like citrus, then the cherries take over combined with some toasted notes. Nicely carbonated and fairly light body. Done very well.

Feb 20, 2009 Courtesy of Chris and Merideth (thanks guys!) Bright orangey-red. Starkly tight aroma. The first sip is a sour assault on your taste buds, but as you guy this evens out and is quite enjoyable with a tart cherry basis, not unlike a cherry pie filling with a musty feel. Feb 18, 2009 Poured from the bottle gave a rosy pink hue witha delicate white head. Tart aromas. Medium to thin body. Sour prickly cherry flavors which are very easy to drink. Some oakiness too.Good flavor and length of finish. Solid sour beer and under rated in my opinion.
