Decent lacing, head seems to last a bit and fade to a clumping of odd sized bubbles. Aroma is a touch earthy/herbal. Medium bodied with decent carbonation. Taste is a touch sweet initially, caramel. Fairly thick and coating to the palate which is interesting. Earthy hops, spiced/peppered finish. Really pretty decent, I was expecting more of a light fruit beer/hefe-fruit when I opened this. cbkschubert (2002), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

Its a sweet and syrupy beer with lots of pinneaple and mandarin making it taste like a Big Stick. Not a good example of a Belgium witbier but could pass as a fruit beer for the ladies. verge (32), USA

Not too much of a strong fruit tast. Pretty complex favor. Has a nice dry finish. illinismitty (1799), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Bomber thanks to Zug4abby. Pours golden with some haze and a fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus hops, straw, and clove. The coriander and hops seem to overpower the mandarin and honey. I think a little more sweetness could pull this together. The honey pops out in the in the dry finish. A west coast beer with a belgian twist. Not to bad, but could be better. This is not a fruit beer, it should really be classified as a spice/herb vegetable beer SledgeJr (2963), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 25, 2006 On tap at The Local in San Diego. Pours light amber in color. Has a thin white head. Amazing aroma of cotton candy. The flavor is sweet, but odd in its medicinal chemical taste. I don’t get very much orange or mandarin. RAYBOY01 (1851), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 14, 2006 Light hoppy aroma. Light bodied, watery texture, insipid light mandarin flavor hints, no real malt backbone...all in all a very forgettable drink. Snojerk321 (2002), San Diego, California, USA
