Commercial Description:
Fresh organic orange zest and cracked coriander complement the orange blossom honey used in this ale. Like a mountain breeze through the citrus trees. 1.060 OG 6 IBU 6.5% ABV.

On draught at brewery. This beer is very reminiscent of a belgian wit. It has the orange and coriander flavors but instead of a light crisp acidity, there is a lightly sweet candy/honey finish.

Tap at brewery in Alpine, CA: Gold/orange. Nose of hops in the air. Lovely light mandarin like the juice from those mandarin jars. The flavor is nice, a bit tart and watery but good.

Light orange body with thin white head. Aroma is citrus hop and orange. Solid fresh honey comb flavor like it was out of the bee box. Light orange cream balance. Smooth sticky palate. I really dig the honey in this one.

Thanks to hopdog for this... Appears a hazy light gold with a small white head. Scattered lacing is left around the glass. Smell is of honey, caramel, and light citrus. Taste is of the same aromas slightly toned down. Mouthfeel is of honey and tangerine sweetness.

Color of buffed gold with moderate carbonation and a loose, soapy white head. Aroma of sweet underattenuated malt with a note of sweaty oranges. Flavor is like orange syrup with lots of residual sugars and an element of wood stems. Sweet and sticky palate. Bleh.

22oz bottle acquired in trade with DarkElf (thanks!). Poured a medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of orange peel and honey. Tastes of oranges, stronger honey, and some citrus. Definitely a honey presence to this beer (I’ve never really been a huge honey fan but if you are, you should try this one).

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a hazy golden orange with a small white lacing head. Aroma of honey, orange hops and caramel. Flavors of sweet orange and a little dry, but actually kind of refreshing and smooth.

Had this at a fest. 2-oz. sample into a snifter. This beer poured a clear, medium-yellow color with a small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing head. The aroma is really pretty: Moderate sweet malty grain notes, light hoppy aromas included grapefruit and orange with tons of miscellaneous aromas including jasmine (could be the Orange Blossom Honey), plumeria, tangerine and peach. The flavor was lightly sweet and lightly bitter with a short finish with just traces of sweetness and bitterness. The flavor was weak, as if the beer had been watered down. I was pretty disappointed, actually, since the aroma was so promising and exciting. The body was medium, the texture was watery and the carbonation was lively.
