Jul 3, 2008 (22oz bottle, thanks CaptainCougar) Crystal clear amber body with small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, some grapefruit, light duskiness. Taste is medium sweet, orange, some butter, somewhat dry finish. Undercarbonated light-medium body.

Oct 19, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a clear orange body with a large creamy off-white head. Aroma of mandarin orange, coriander, light toastiness, peach, and caramel. Flavor of orange and honey with a sweet and somewhat sticky finish.

Jan 26, 2006 22oz bottle acquired in trade with DarkElf (thanks!). Poured a medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of orange peel and honey. Tastes of oranges, stronger honey, and some citrus. Definitely a honey presence to this beer (I’ve never really been a huge honey fan but if you are, you should try this one).

Feb 4, 2008 on tap-pours a foamy off white head and gold color. Aroma is cotrus-orange. Taste is sweet citrus-orange, crisp, light malt, light (noble?) hops.

Aug 15, 2008 Draft… RBSG’08… Clear golden ale with orange highlights and a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Restrained nose of perfumy orange blossoms and cereal grains. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and bristly carbonation. The flavor is perfectly balanced, but bland and boring. Crisp, mostly clean finish.

Nov 18, 2007 Bottle sampled on 8/10/07: Pours a transparent bright copper orange with an effervescent thin white head. Aroma of tart sour oranges with a touch of sweet light caramel malt. Starts with a light toasty malty sweetness with some tart orange balance toward a mildly bitter finish. An ok brew but almost has similar vinegar notes as some infected beers.

Apr 23, 2008 Draught Hazy amber beer, small whitish rim. Mushroom smell, mushroom sauce?? Sweet - faintly citrussy, some malts, just a bit of sweetness, and, warming up, honeyish. Light, some grist slickness. Very weird beer, nose is not really inviting.
