Commercial Description:
Our most versatile beer. Good to drink as well as cook with. Light enough to quench a thirst and complex enough to accompany fine dining. Carmel malty sweet fades to a chocolate roasty finish and dry from a touch of rye. 1.057 OG 13 IBU 6%ABV

Draft at Toronado’s 1st Anniversary. Pours a nice amber with some slight bubbles and no head. Sweet caramel and malt with a little bit of bite from the rye. Medium mouth.

Sampler at the brewery. Pours copper, thin off white head. Aroma is malty, with sweet malts caramel/chocolate aromas notes. Taste, plenty of the 13 malts adding some sweet caramel and chocolate, remains very smooth with a vanilla like mouthfeel. Some light hop notes hit the back palate with some licorice and a beer that just amazes me with the use of the malts.

Inert clear orange tinted brown pour with some white bubbles around the rim at the top. Malty aroma with some cinnamon and nutmeg. Very watery malt flavor. Some sour skunk and yeast. Overall pretty tasteless.

Nice malty aromas of caramel and toffee. Pours a super clear reddish amber with a great meringue head. The flavors is mostly caramel and toffee up front with some subtle dry hints in the finish. Mostly malty, very little hop presence. I enjoyed it.

Growler from the brewery. Poured a real nice dark copper w/a reddish tinge. Nice white head. Malty aroma. Not a lot of flavor to it , very drinkable though. Not too bad.

22oz bottle from toncatcher. thanks!.... amber reddish brown pour with a thin quickly dissipating light beige head.... a nce aroma of sweet toffee, chocolate, and roast up front..... flavors remain consistent with caramel malt and chocolate (but to a lesser extent). some spicy sourness follows it up which didn’t quite mesh as well. lively and tingley carbonation.
