Commercial Description:
Our most versatile beer. Good to drink as well as cook with. Light enough to quench a thirst and complex enough to accompany fine dining. Carmel malty sweet fades to a chocolate roasty finish and dry from a touch of rye. 1.057 OG 13 IBU 6%ABV

Poured a mostly clear copper color with medium build off white head. Nose of Caramel and some citrus. The same goes for the flavor. Very nice smooth mouth feel.

Clear bronze-coloured beer with a modest off-white head. Good caramel aroma. Caramel and citrus flavours, ending appetizingly dry. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. A very harmonious and highly likeable beer, more in the alt style than Irish red in my opinion. Well-made it is.

Tap at brewery in Alpine, CA: Amber, light chewy caramel and a bit of light hops. The flavor is balanced. Nice but a bit light and thin for my taste.

Pours with a deep amber body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing. It’s sweet, malty and slightly fruity with a touch of caramel and an underlying hop note. Medium bodied and smooth.

Woo diacetyl. Medium body that tastes like butter and Cheerios with other grains thrown in the mix. Some interesting maple syrup notes appear and it ends on a definite fructose sweetness.

RLB YEHA 05. Light brown with an ok off white head. Light bready malt- along with a light floral hop aroma. Mostly a light caramel flavor with a light bitterenss and even a bit of smoke in the very end. Pretty smooth overall. Nice for an Irish Ale.
