Cooper body with white head mild lacing. Flavor is like a thicker sugar grapefruit cocktail bomb. Fresh citrus ligers on the palate for couple of hours after consuming this one. Good Brew thanks Craig. kp (8399), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

clear copper, wispy white head,
huge sweet grapefruit aroma,
sweet grapefruit flavor, light bitterness adds balance but stays out of the way of the hops, crystal sweetness supports the hops,

Pours a clear, bright honey-golden color; thin white head with great fine-bubbled lacing. Dank, resiny and oily floral hops in the aroma; clean, slightly herbal, and excellent density. The taste is a bit of a letdown: some cattyiness and gooseberries (dissipate quickly); very herbal and resiny hop character, but not as compelling and oily as the aroma; nice crisp carbonation with some passion fruit and citrus at mid-palate. Medium, minerals and passion fruit in the finish; resiny and oily again at the end. argo0 (6907), Washington DC, USA

Aroma is medium sweet, pine/spruce, mango, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, pine/spruce, mango/peach. Light-medium body, the flavor doesn’t linger. ChainGangGuy (2563), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 20, 2007 Appearance: Pours a translucent golden body with a small, white head.
Smell: I must admit, I enjoyed the aroma far more than I have enjoyed anything else that is, or has ever been, placed in front of my nose. Very aromatic aroma of juicy oranges and pinapples, freshly cut grass, and what reminds me of either minced garlic or shallots.
Taste: Light, fleeting malt flavor and sweetness upfront before a bright burst of juicy hop flavors, zesty orange rind and pineapple rings. Full notes of white grapes and garlic (or is it shallots). Hint of damp grass. All in all, there’s only a very reasonable amount of bitterness. Finishes decidedly crisp.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: It’s really great smelling stuff! I had to be restrained from pouring out the growler onto myself so I could continue to smell this beer for days and days to come. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA

The nose on this beer is downright strange, with confusing notes of mint, garlic, basil, lemon juice, sweaty BO hop oils and some stewed grains as well. More of a pine needle presence tasted, with less of the sweaty unire and garlic notes, but they are still present, just more subdued. Finishes with zesty lemon and honey hop notes, but there’s also some moth ball and chlorine notes. Interesting but too confusing, CaptainCougar (5457), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Fresh resiny piny and grapey hop nose has a good pale malty presence. Starts lightly malty sweet having a huge citrusy flavor hop profile toward a crisp bittersweet, fresh hoppy finish. A nice, very drinkable IPA. shp555 (1683), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
