Sep 15, 2008 Straight up West Coast hop monster. That’s why I bought it. Lots of citrus, very floral, probably better on tap than bottle, but what the hell. I live in Missouri. I have to rely on the bottle. Much smoother than some other West Coast IPAs, which is neither good nor bad. But a nice change of pace.

Sep 15, 2008 Bottle courtesy of tpd975. Pours a clear copper with a small white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus, floral, and pine hops with a good dose of sweet malt and light caramel to back it up. Taste is the sme as aroma but less prominent. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness and very smooth alcohol. A damn fine brew.

Sep 3, 2008 22oz bottle. poured dark gold, with a white head. Real nice piney aroma, a bit floral. Very nice subtle hop bitterness, smooth aftertaste, quite enjoyable.

Aug 25, 2008 Bottle. Pours very clear amber. Almost no head, but does lace. Does not have a heavy aroma, but has a very even nose. Just enough hops to make me happy and is very balanced w/ malt characters. Finishes clean and leaves you wanting more. Overall a great beer.

Aug 13, 2008 On tap. Just not a lot of malt at all in this one, just a lot of clear, piney hops. Actually, slightly watery in sort of a refreshing way. Crisp and a little astringent. Straightforward and not very complex piney hops. Doesn’t seem to be agressive despite basically lacking in any malt flavor.

Aug 9, 2008 On tap At O’Brien’s in San Diego on 08/01/2008 on the RBSG Friday Pub Crawl. Clear golden amber body with a small white head. Citrus anf floral hop aroma. Sweet citrus and floral hop aroma with a light bitter finish. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Aug 8, 2008 Pours a amber golden body with an off-white head. Nose is really hoppy with notes of elder flower. The flavor is of cause very hoppy, but i also taste grass, honey-melon - not very complex. The finish is long lasting and blooming. The palate is pretty waterish and fading - im missing a little more bite. But alltogether a fine and good beer.

Aug 6, 2008 From tap at Pizza Port, Carlsbad. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Light peachy and grapefruity hops aroma. Flavour is dense malty and solid hoppy fruity. Utterly wellbalanced and smooth. Medium dry hoppy finish with a nice bitterness.
