Commercial Description:
A West Coast Double IPA So mega-hopped it will take you to hop heaven. We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.” Once you’ve tasted this unique beer, all others pale in comparison. 1.072 OG Classified IBU 8%ABV

Bottle shared by puddintane, thanks! Hazy orange pour with a creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, light caramel malt, some pineapple and some other tropical fruitiness. Flavor of pine and grapefruit, a bit of tropical fruit coupled with some light sweet malts. Bittersweet flavor throughout, some stickiness to the mouthfeel with a bitter/sticky finish. Overall a really nice IPA.

Bottle: Light orange color with a white head. Aroma, pine and citrus, oranges, some sweetness coming through behind it. Flavor, orange and other citrus, some nice carbonation, and a good deal of bitterness on the finish. A nice juicy IPA. Really good.

Bottle trade with alafito. clear yellow/gold in color with small white head. Smeeled citrusy with some fruit and floral aromas as well. The taste at first is fruity then finishs with a sharp, puckering, bitter bite. Accually very refreshing.

22 oz bomber purchased at South Bay Drugs and Liquor. Light straw color with a large cloudy white head. The nose is light and hoppy but faint, perhaps I still have a cold. The taste is hoppy mellow, refreshing, and very drinkable. I really enjoy this brew and even though my friend leo thinks this beer tastes like pot I still like it.

Appears a semi-transparent, light gold with steady streams of carbonation that rise to the top. A rocky, white, 1 finger head slowly fades out. A small amount of floaters kicking around the bottom. A solid tube of lacing coats the entire glass before slowly dissapating into broken up streaky lacing. Smell is of honey, grain, flowers, earthy notes, mild spices, light amounts of sugary and citrus. There are also highlights of vanilla and apricot found in there. Nice bounty of hops. Taste is of the mentioned aromas with a sweet balance of sugar and hops that aren’t overkill. Mouthfeel is creamy, medium bodied, smooth, sugary, with vanilla running along the near perfect palate. Very nice!

22 oz Bottle. Lucious sweet liquor of hops, licking my nose with Centennial piney resins. Full of swaying fresh grasses and grapefruit trees. Pour of an amber tinged pure gold, crowned with a rocky froth of off-white. Flavor is a delicious lightly creamy malt body, heavy with droopy eyelids of fresh white pine needles and a bough of aspen leaves. Dryly smacking of grass resin and freshly squeezed Valencia oranges. A drop of lemon juice and vodka sneak in. Mmmm hops. An well built IPA with great balance and body. I love the long draw of hoppy apple peels. Thanks Andy!

On tap at O’brians, San Diego. Clear and golden coloured with a small head. Both malty and hoppy in a nice balanced way. Bitter finish.

22 oz. bottle - Pours a clear golden color with a nice off white head. Light carbonation. Lots of lacing as the head settles. Aroma is floral and citrus. Light caramel malt sweetness, but the flavor is mainly hops. Nice hop bite. Medium body. A very good IPA
