On tap at the brewery. Lots of vanilla on the nose and flavor as well. I don’t like vanilla in anything but cookies. But this was quite nice.

Sep 27, 2008 Growler at RBSG2008 Grand Tasting on 08/02/2008. Clear light golden body with a small white head. Caramel and vanilla aroma. Big vanilla flavor, with some light caramel. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Sep 12, 2008 Sampled at RBSG. I was quite suprised by this one. I have had many chances to get it, but never did. Finally decided to go for it at RBSG. Lots of vanilla on the aromas. Sweet malty flavors with more vanilla on the end. I liked it.

Aug 19, 2008 Sampled from growler @ RBSG, courtesy WeeHeavySD. Clear straw color, light, thin white head. A ton of vanilla on the aroma, not much else. Taste is overly sweet with the vanilla overwhelming the wheat characters.

Aug 18, 2008 RBSG ’08: Growler pour. Poured a clear yellow with a large white head. The aroma was simple with vanilla and caramel. Big vanilla flavor. Light malt. Light body.

Aug 14, 2008 Draft... RBSG’08... Mostly clear yellow ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Excellent retention. Mild, grainy, vanilla aroma. Light-bodied with lively carbonation. Refreshing, lightly grainy, vanilla flavor. Crisp, vanilla finish. Very reminiscent of Anderson Valley Summer Solstice Cerveza Crema.
