Commercial Description:
Willy, named after my brother-in-law’s childhood nickname, is crisp and light-bodied, with a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. The hopping is mild and gentle. It’s perfect for times when you crave a beer utterly refreshing and low in alcohol. A true thirst quencher everyone enjoys. 1.047 OG 4 IBU 4.9%ABV

Draft. A clear ligth yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of wheat and light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and citrus, as well as medium notes of barley malt, but also a light skuny note - what is in it?

From tap at Pizza Port, San Clemente. Pours clear and yellow with a lacing white head. Mild pilsner hops and malt aroma. Mild flavour if not to say vague. Reminds me more of a german pilsner than a kristall weizen. Light wheaty touch towards the finish though.

Pours a transparent bright golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet sugary wheat and pale malts with a touch of lightly doughy yeast. Body starts with good fullness and carbonation along with a clean sweetness and subtle bittering hop character toward the finish. Incredibly drinkable and smooth without being too dull.

Found my notes! From memory, I nailed the color and the type of head. Almost nailed the aroma... it’s also lightly spicy. Nailed the palate. Got the flavor right. Tilted the rink on the finish. The only thing I wasn’t able to hit was the score. Dropped from a 3.4 to a 3.2. Thought I had a really bad memory... it’s why I use this site to database all the beers I try. Score one for my big brain! ... Initial rating... Bottle... Lost my notes, but I just tried it last night. Hmmm?... Pours a hazy straw-color with a small, fizzy, white head. Subtle aroma of pale grains and biscuit malt. Light-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Perfectly balanced. Restrained essences of citrus fruit and boiled grains. Short, crisp, clean finish. Flawless, refreshing little beer.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of buttery popcorn, sweet corn, and light citrus. Malty body with flavor of cereal, corn, grassy hops, and buttery.

Bomber from cbkschubert. Turbid yellowish toward lime green pour with 1-finger off-white head. Aroma is limey citrus, spicy florals, pale malt, hops. Tastes citric, with bready pale malt, spice, and honey notez. Pretty lively palate.
