Jul 1, 2008 Pretty decent, easy drinking pilsner. Grassy hope nose, with a honey sweet maltiness, a bit of citrus acidity and just the right amount of carbonation. Clean.

Oct 3, 2007 Yellow gold. Moderalte floral hop aroma with light bready notes. Lightly sweet and bready with a nice clean floral finish. I thought it tasted similar to a St. Pauli Girl.

Sep 27, 2007 Golden color. Buscuity malty and saaz nose. Solid malt backbone and moderate bitterness in finish. Pretty good, but more bitterness would do wonders for this beer.

Sep 11, 2007 (Draught) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival 2007 in Victoria on September 8th, 2007. Thin white lasting head with a mild carbonation. Nose is yeasty and mildly sour. Tart, good fruity peach tonic water amongst the hops. Good stuff.

Aug 21, 2007 On tap at Snoqualmie Falls Brewery - Nice straw color with zero head retention. Smooth grainy bread malt backbone with a medium body complemented by the right amount of carbonation. Was crisp without being too thin - very subtle hop notes at the finish. nice Autumn drink.
