Caramel and toasted bread in the flavors. A little chewier than the filtered version, dry with some yeasty notes too. Clean finish. Beershine (2710), Where Climate Suits My Clothes, Vietnam

I remember tasting it and being blown away by the resemblance of this beer to true Bavarian treats. Fresh grain aroma and flavor through and through. It’s so good I can still taste it all these years later :-) Wish there were a brewery like this in my hometown. It won indisputably at that festival too! Brewed by German immigrants who take great pride in their product. A visit to their brew pub in Oroville, WA is recommended. Crit (2407), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada
