pivnizub (4003), Porúří, Germany Oct 8, 2008 Bottle: Greenish golden, a bit unclear, no head to speak of, sweet dusty-grainy nose with a cardboardy touch; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; dryish - again - and a bit harsh bitter-lemony and malty finish. A not very well balanced brew........
yespr (7166), Copenhagen O, Denmark Sep 19, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a diminished white head. Mild fruity and hoppy aroma. Flavour starts sweet and crisp fruity, followed by a light spiced bitter note. Ends dry and bitter, yet lingering fruity too. Allen (683), Wölflinswil, Switzerland Jul 21, 2008 Bottled 50cl. It pours a pale golden beer with a small white head. Wonderful nose with hints of wild strawberries and gooseberries. Malty taste with notes of gooseberries and wild strawberries which are accompanied by a decent amount of marmite. Medium bodied. Poor lacing. Pleasantly hoppy. There is a good bite to this beer. Excellent dry finish with lemon and gooseberries showing up. A great and deeply pleasant beer in my mind. oldrtybastrd (1793), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA May 11, 2008 Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and a touch of flowers. Flavor is kinda sweet to start, citrusy finish with some hop notes. kappldav123 (1128), Markkleeberg, Germany Jan 3, 2008 The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass also, but there’s not much foam. The beer tastes hard and dry, not a little bit spicy. I didn’t like it.
