The bottle looks not so good, too less labels. The beer in the glass is much better. Tastes modest fruity, not penetrating, well balanced finish. Good hefeweizen!

(special shape swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a fluffy white foam. Light-sweet worty and slightly sourish citrus- and light banana-fruity nose. Slightly unripe, worty and wheaty taste with a moderate fruitiness; slim and short yeasty and slightly bitter finish (01.06.08).

(Bottle 50 cl) 4,9% ABV in my version credited to "Sailerbräu Franz Sailer". Cloudy pale golden with a surprisingly absent head. Slightly acidic, fruity notes with a dry finish. Classical and pleasant Hefe. 220305

Chalk and citrus aroma Thin. Citrus dom inates the flavor. Just a bit milky. Good and thirst quenching, but lacks body and complexity.
