Sweet grassy aroma with slight pepper and slight DMS notes in the nose. Quite malty, bready, and doughy in the middle with slight hops to finish. Quite smooth and drinkable. tiggmtl (4179), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Nov 23, 2004 Initially sweet aroma with some floral hops but slowly creeping pea-soup-like DMS as it warms. Clear golden coloured with thin, white head that diminishes to lighltly ring. Mild DMS in sweet flavour with gentle bitterness. Light in the mouth. Bottle sampled with DYCSoccer17, MartinT, muzzlehatch, Omhper and Rastacouere.
