Altenmünster Premium Bavarian Beer

50 cl bottle (good package), clear golden colour, white head, light malt aroma, grass notes, light sweet flavor, hoppy finish with citrus notes aftertaste but is something like a dish soap

50 cL bottle. Pours almost fully clear and yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Mild spiced and malt aroma, mild fruit note in addition - quite unique aroma mix I cannot describe any better. Flavour is medium dry malt with a light cardboard note and mild to subdued bitterness. Ends medium dry bitter.

Cloudy gold with a good head. A flat hessian bag taste that runs and runs. Very natural and subtle. Good beer.

Sweet malt hop aroma with flowers. Clear yellow colour with fair head and lacing. Sweet bitter malt hop flavour. Fizzy palate.

Bottiglia da 50cl comprata da Squillari; c’è anche al supermarket, ma già che ero lì... (la sera che sono andato a teatro a vedere l’Elettra di Sofocle con la Sastri, che ho preso pure la Guinness Special Export e la 3Monts, ma quest’ultima da Bonanni). Una lager tedesca molto commerciale ma con più carattere di quanto pensassi, si versa con molta schiuma, il colore però è pallido e ci si vede bene attraverso. Pur schiumata ha un perlage fastoso; aroma scarso, piuttosto standard. Sapore per niente amaro, però tutto sommato non del tutto spiacevole; pils di sta minchia. Per costare così tanto non vale la pena, ma se fosse una birra da quattro soldi, si magna molte stupide lager industriali tedesche tristemente celebri nel nostro paese (Vikingen in primis).
