Altenmünster Brauer Bier Hopfig Herb

Refreshing lager. Good flavor with a mild hop bite. Crisp beer. Enjoyable. Great lacing.

Pale yellow, white medium lasting head, low carbonation. Aroma / Flavor: malt, moderately hoppy, floral, sweet. Regular beer, nothing special. 0.5 L bottle @ supermarkt in Berlin

Clear golden with a large white head. Aroma had malty, breadish and hoppy notes. Flavour was fairly malty with caramel, grassy hops and hints of herbs. Finished dry and quite bitter.

My friend from Germany bring this one to me last year ... i like the bottle with swing top ... also very good beer ,...

50cl bottle @ Munchen. Pours clear pale piss yellow with a creamy white foam and lacings. Nose is hay, sweat and herbs. Taste is dry with notes of hops. Quite crisp and clean. A bit watery palate. Ok

In a bottle this fancy you might expect something more than treadmill. If memory serves,Altenmuensters had more assertive and also elegant hops - - but maybe i’ve gotten jaded by American double IPA’s.

Pale yellow with nice white head, well carbonated, aroma of malt some citrus and some herb-vegy, flavor of toasted bread some alcohol and some nice grassy hop finish.

Grassy hop aroma with light malt. Flavors of cereal grains, citrus and grass hop, cardboard. Nice bitterness at finish, though flavor not really interesting.
