It is hazy golden with a huge, white head and a creamy head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, cellar and flower. The flavour has notes of straw, malt, flower, cellar and it has a refreshing, dry, light bitterness.

Bottle. Clear golden with a big, slowly-diminishing, white head. A rather grassy aroma with hops and a bit of bready malt. Flavor starts sweetish with some malt and faint buttery hints and finishes with a pleasant grassy bitterness. Medium-bodied. Easy drinking and quite tasty.

0.5L bottle, small stable fluffy head, gold colour. Complex aroma of herbs, whiff of rose petals and dark dense bread. complex spicy flavours - i detected cinamon and clove , but there are more. Also malt, vanila and a strong but very pleasant bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. A good and interesting beer, a bit different.

Bottle brown, 500 ml, 11 P
Appearance: Pours yellowish, pale golden, very gently carbonated and perfectly clear in texture of the body, saturation is moderate, head is white, regular in structure, initially big, decreasing to medium, quite firm, there is a nice lacing.
Aroma: Nice and much cleaner aroma than its predecessor ’Urig Würzig’, gentle herbal, aromatic hoppy nose but very faint, slightly spiced up by some spieses and quite harsh grainy notes. Much better quality of hops reminding me ά - Lublin hops. Very nice grainy touch, kind of wetness, reduced yeastyness.
Flavour: Very nice, strongly bitter, herbal, hoppy front and nose with good quality hops, alcohol is felt to some extent, noble and clean malty touch, nice grains on palate, very well combined, finish duration is medium, gentle alcoholic touch.
Palate: Body is light, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is moderate to lively, finish feel is chalky, grainy, highly astringent.
