Bottle. Very hoppy and malty (guess the name). Clear yellow body, big white foamy head, long lasting. Light bitter start, short duration. Light to medium body, light dry texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle. Immediately I was overcome by the smells of honey and lingering molasses. A VERY sweet Lager indeed. There were large bits of sediment present as well. Little to no head, same goes for the carbonation. The flavour was not quite as sweet as the aroma, but a bit sticky feeling. I detected a lot of hops and some malt as well. A bit of a dry finish. Not a bad beer, but not for the feint at heart either!

The bottle is not really good, not enough labels. The beers tastes good, but not perfect. A little bit too dry.

50 cL bottle. Pours yellow, clear, with lacing white head. Slight floral hoppy aroma with an underlying malt note, quite inviting. Sweet malty flavour with a slight grainy note. Goes into a rather dry and bitter finish. Bitter and minor acidic finish.

Pours a cloudy gold ridden with bits of dark sediment. Nose is super sweet with a strong pine character. Flavor is fairly robust and earthy. Meaty. Woody. Very sugary though. Almost tastes like sugar water. Feel is okay. Almost watered down. Minimal carbonation. Drinkable I guess. But why would you want to? Especially at this price.

12 oz fliptop bottle. Pale amber beer with a thin white head. Slightly oxidized sherryish aroma makes me think this bottle has seen better days. There is a bit of soft toastiness and a fairly prominent herbal hop character. An unusual fruitiness along with a herbal/grassy bitterness. Nice minerally finish. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either.

Bottle. Clear, golden beer with a nice, white head. Quite grainy nose, but there’s a distinct hoppyness as well. The flavor is grainy up front, but is soon followed by fruityness and bitterness. Medium body. It finishes wth some grains and a decent bitterness. I find the beer a bit grainy for my likings, but the spruce-like bittermess I like. (070803)
