Sep 7, 2003 Golden color,small white head that lasted for a short time.Malty aroma,with what i would assume is a figs aroma and mildly hopped,as well as being nicely sweet smelling.Malty taste with a slight herb like taste hops and the feel is fairly light and easy drinking with an after taste that is slightly herb like i guess and hoppy.It's kind of a thin brew in feel but is fairly decent in taste,and unique.

Aug 9, 2003 Light orange color with a small head. Decent lagerish aroma. Body is full and malty. Slightly sweet, with some evidence of hops in the finish. Uninspiring, yet unoffensive.

Jul 8, 2003 Lightly hazed golden yellow liquid with a small but stable waxy white head. Light honey and dry malt aroma. Nutty (hickory) with heavy herbal overtones. A bitter almond aftertaste. You really are left with a husky bitterness.

Jun 20, 2003 Mildly hopped even for the style. A bit of a skunky aroma. Blond colored. Medium mouthfeel. I've heard the brewery's other beers are much better.
