Mar 10, 2009 bottle, pours pale gold, tall white head. Soft hay and citrus hop aroma. Nice light malt body with some grass flavors end nicely balanced with a light hop bitter finish. Mouth is moderately carbonated and fairly creamy. Nice lager.

Feb 8, 2009 swing top bottle (500ml). -Yellow coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, grassy nose. Moderate malty, bready and pleasant hoppy with low carbonation. Short bitterish finish.

Jan 31, 2009 Bottle. Almost clear golden color with a medium-large white head. Aroma of rather grassy hops and a bit of bready malt. Sweetish bready flavor and a bitter hoppy finish with some hay and grassy notes. Light to medium-bodied. Quite enjoyable.

Jan 23, 2009 500 ml flip top bottle in Germany. A very well made beer. A bit hoppy for my normal Helles taste almost like a Pils but very good. Palate almost metal like but within range. Smooth and very refreshing.

Jan 20, 2009 It is hazy golden with a huge, white and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, light vegetables and bread. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of straw, malt and the finish is slightly spicy, dry and has a very light bitterness.

Jan 19, 2009 [swing top bottle] Clear, pale golden colour with a big blonde foamy head. Slightly sweet strawy malty nose with grassy hops and notes of metal. Light-bitter flavour, papery pale malt-character with herbal and slightly grassy hops, the latter getting stronger towards the moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with notes of cardboard in the aftertaste. Tastes quite industrialized [19.I.09].

Jan 2, 2009 Golden coloured beer with lots of carbonation and a large white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma, little sweet touched. Medium to full palate. Finish is bitter fruity, hoppy touched with a longer dry ending. not to bad for a lager.
