(special shape swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a fluffy white foam. Light-sweet worty and slightly sourish citrus- and light banana-fruity nose. Slightly unripe, worty and wheaty taste with a moderate fruitiness; slim and short yeasty and slightly bitter finish (01.06.08).

The bottle looks not so good, too less labels. The beer in the glass is much better. Tastes modest fruity, not penetrating, well balanced finish. Good hefeweizen!

(Bottle 50 cl) 4,9% ABV in my version credited to "Sailerbräu Franz Sailer". Cloudy pale golden with a surprisingly absent head. Slightly acidic, fruity notes with a dry finish. Classical and pleasant Hefe. 220305

Chalk and citrus aroma Thin. Citrus dom inates the flavor. Just a bit milky. Good and thirst quenching, but lacks body and complexity. Re-rate: Blonde and cloudy. Clove, grass and just a hint of banan in the aroma. Banana flavor, somewhat herbal with clove. Medium bodied with a hint of citrus.

A blond beer with a small head. Weak aroma. Light hoppy taste. Slightly bitter finish. A simple beer but easy to drink and quite well balanced.

Terrible shitty aroma. Extremely yeasty and sour flavour. Truly disgusting and totally undrinkable.

This is one of the most sour and "overwheated" German Wheats I have ever had. Not pleasant, and aabsolutely not well-balanced.
