Bottled. a golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana and caramel. The flavor is sweet with light notes of banana and cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish where the banana note lingers.

(Bottle 50 cl) 4,9% ABV in my version credited to "Sailerbräu Franz Sailer". Cloudy pale golden with a surprisingly absent head. Slightly acidic, fruity notes with a dry finish. Classical and pleasant Hefe. 220305

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Dark wheaty and estery fruity aroma. Medium sweet and estery fruity base flavour with a light fruity accent coming through. Light caramelish malt presence. Mild acidic and wheaty finish with a lasting mix of caramel and estery flavours into the far finish.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top @ home.
Hazy medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy yeasty, banana, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090110]

Altenmuenster hefe-weissbier. Bottle, 5.5%. Banana aroma with a rough hop note. Cloudy dark orange colour. OK banana flavour. Slightly sweet, the way I like it. Some banana, quite standard German wheat beer.

It’s murky, medium golden with a slightly grey hue and a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of banana, clove and spice. The flavour has sweetness and notes of clove, banana, fruit, wheat, yeast and it ends slightly spicy and sweet. It’s smooth and pleasant.

Chalk and citrus aroma Thin. Citrus dom inates the flavor. Just a bit milky. Good and thirst quenching, but lacks body and complexity. Re-rate: Blonde and cloudy. Clove, grass and just a hint of banan in the aroma. Banana flavor, somewhat herbal with clove. Medium bodied with a hint of citrus.
