Aroma: fruity and sweet.
Neat little hop appearance, quickly settling into the smooth and mellow. Light body, long, tasty finish.
Bright and lively flavor.
I struggle some over the style, is it a bock, a dunkel? No, a marzen?
Whatever it is, it’s light, smooth, and perfectly delicious.

Sep 7, 2004 Jubel pours a dark amber (rather than brown) with a slight head and mild effervesence. The aroma is malty with a slight fruity afterthought. The taste is malty, full, and rich, giving a pleasant mouthfeel. Good stuff.

Aug 30, 2004 Grain aroma that has just been cracked with hints of sweet floral hops. Clear brown red colour with good head. Hop fruit malt flavour. Fizzy palate.

Aug 29, 2004 Pour is red-brown with a slight bubbly head. Nothing special. The aroma is just great. Fruit and yeasty bread are enticing. Very drinkable, Very enjoyable. I am really starting to like this style... Dunkel Rocks!
