750ml bottle via bikesandbeer, he got it at Bevmo. Shared with My GF Cyn, Bikesandbeer, and his GF Jessi @ San Diego Veledrome Bike Races. Porus golden with a 2 finger off white head. Nose is sweet and spiced. Taste is sweet hoppy and overall has a nice mouthfeel.

This is a wonderful maibock with great hop and malt character and balance, and very drinkable. It’s dark golden with a bid, creamy white head that shrinks slowly to a wispy top and a little lace. The aroma is bread, grain, grapes, raisins, fruity white wine, honey, and pine/grass. The taste is similar, with grain, bread, fruity white wine, grapes, grassy, herbal, piney hops that slowly build in flavour. It has a light acloholic warmth and spiciness with a nicely balanced sweet body that has light bitterness.

Bottle. Quite hoppy, moderate malty, soapy smell. Medium sized white foamy head, yellow body. Light sweet start, then it gets medium bitter, rather short duration. Light body, dry texture, lively carbonation.

Golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of straw and malt. The flavour has sweetness and notes of a dry citrus, malt, light flower and alcohol. The finish is dry.

Pours a hazy amber yellow gold with thick white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is yeasty honey and banana. Flavor is light banana with yeast and spice. Body is medium. Love the body of this beer.

The beer was clear gold with thin white foam. The aroma and flavor was dominated by sweet caramel malt with alcohol and faint hops in the background. As it warmed the taste improved with the sugars and alcohol becoming more pronounced. Malt was slightly heavier than average for a maibock. Good but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Bottle. Golden beer with a nice cream-colored head. Light hay, caramel, and earth aromas. Caramel, honey flavor with light hay and grass. Medium-light body. Refreshing. Lingering honey, caramel, and hay.
