This golden bock poured with a fluffy white head and a nice malt aroma. The flavor is toasted malt and refreshing, with a slightly bitter hop finish.

Pours a crisp clear golden yellow color. Aromas of sweet malts and a touch of hops. Flavors of hops malts and something herbal.

Clear bright, light golden color with a taller off-white head. Pale malt and strong herbal hops aromas. The herbal hops are very typical of this brewery. I catch a touch of toast in the background. Pale malt dominate with hints of herbal and lightly minty hops coming in the middle. A bit of Alcohol in the middle to finish. I’m enjoying it, but I think it is because I am starved for decent maibock. A solid brew. I’m due for a Spaten bock on tap in the basement.

Copper color with no head. Dusty, grainy aroma and a little floral hop. Much the same in the taste: sweet, clean, refreshing grain, followed by a little bit of Noble hop bitterness. Simple but good.

This bock pours a light orange gold color from a swing top 500ml bottle. Large sized white foamy head. Aroma is some malt, some grain and a touch sweet. A medium to light bodied bock. The malts are caramel, toffee and biscuit. The hops are earthy and floral. Nice balance. Good carbonation. It starts a touch sweet, with a nice malt middle. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

500 ml bottle from Bevmo. Grainy, biscuity aroma with noble hop. Smells slightly sweet. Didn’t seem corny. Fizzy white head that departed immediately, and the color is copper gold. Medium body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. Heat at the start, but it is not bothersome. Grain or pale malt, with enough bitter to balance some light sweetness. The finish is rather dry as the hop builds up. Good lager.

Bottle from BevMo, La Mesa. Golden straw color. Foamy white head. Sweet grainy aroma. Corny. Slightly sweet grainy flavors. Somewhat creamy. Some hoppy bitterness towards the finish. Not bad.

poured watery yellow with no head. mostly air in the nose, perhaps the liitlest trace of medicinal alcohol. the flavor had a trace of alcohol and hops, but was too weak to really imprint anything on me. worth tasting, but the sweetish overtones were off-putting to me.
